    Description

From my personal collection, I'm offering
some great items of horse racing memorabilia of the legendary racehorse,
    Count Fleet
, who was the 1943 Triple Crown Winner (Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes & Belmont Stakes).  In this lot, is
    a 8" x 10" print of a rare farm photo of
    Count Fleet
from the 1960's plus a 8.5" x 11" picture collage print on matte photo paper (by Marlene's Picture Pedigrees).
    Count Fleet
(b.1940-d.1973) was a champion American thoroughbred racehorse at age 2 and won the Triple Crown in 1943, finishing the Belmont Stakes by an impressive 25 lengths.  After an undefeated season that year,
    Count Fleet
was named "Champion Three-Year-Old" and "Horse of the Year". He was retired early to stud due to injury.
    Count Fleet
is considered as one of the greatest racehorses of the 20th century.
